I have purchased this 2nd time because of my needs.
In previous version of this module that I purchased last year, has schootky diode of 3A that was SS34, in the new purchase, new design has 5A schootky diode, and also green light was replaced by smooth red light.
Yesterday there was short circuit in output of wires of old module and I lost one of my old version of module but when I replaced the schootky diode SS34 with new one it work fine again.
I was using two of old version of it as my 5V router supply and two new version for 12V supply for CCTV’s.

The module is good but the green light on the module is very bright. To adjust the voltage there is need to look at the module. After looking at the light for 30 seconds eyes starts to pain. There should be soft light or some sort of plastic over it to reduce its intensity.

Working absolutely fine. Using for step down from 12v to 5v 3a. Its getting slightly hot. But due to heat sink all is well.

Works well also comes with a heatsink. The inductor also seems to handle the rated current without getting very hot.
