This is LD1117S33CTR STMICROELECTRONICS Fixed LDO Voltage Regulator, 4.75V to 15V, 1.1V Dropout, 3.3Vout, 950mAout, SOT-223-4 IC. The LD1117S33CTR is a fixed low drop positive voltage regulator in 4 pin SOT-223 package. This regulator provides up to 800mA of output current and high efficiency is assured by NPN pass transistor.
