Both the units purchased were tested and found working. You need to have a CR2032 battery, as it’s not supplied with the package. Be careful while removing the battery holder of the remote.

I brought this on 10th Oct 2018 and tested it on 12th Oct. The sample program given on robu.in worked at first instant and since then I have put this remote and sensor to continuous use without any problems. The range and accuracy is good.
