This is Dual USB Output 9V / 12V / 24V / 36V Car Charger Switch 5V DC-DC Power Supply Module 3A Buck Regulator, a combo of 3A Charger and voltage checker.

Good product, as described and working fine. My setup: 12V Battery UPS -> This device, 1 5V USB OUT connected to Raspberry Pi 3, another to 5V 1A DC to 12V Step Up Module -> to supply Airtel router (12V). Gives uninterrupted internet with RPi up 24×7.

Just received = looks decent on testing the same. However an LED indicator light would be a big plus – please add it in next batch that you manufacture.
