It’s not completely silent, yet it can’t be labelled as noisy. There is some muffled sound which becomes obvious if you place your ear close to it. Works properly and keeps the pi cool.

Good product. just there is lack of mounting option on raspberry pi. Stick tape does do sufficient job but proper mounting would be nicer. Tough it is capable to keep RPI cool.
