NTC Thermistor temperature sensor module is low cost, small size module. It is very sensitive to ambient temperature. It is generally used to detect the temperature of the surrounding environment.

I used this in a geyser. The switch works alright but be aware that the side fangs and the connector legs are oriented at a 90 degree angle. I had to cut the fangs with a hacksaw to get it to fit in the geyser tank’s groove. The geyser originally had a thermostat that had the fangs and the connectors aligned. Also, this one is a bit shorter at height than the original one. I had to get rid of the tensioner spring that the original one was attached with.
