BCV47TA-DIODES INC.-Darlington Transistor, NPN, 60 V, 350 mW, 500 mA, SOT-23, 3 Pins. A Darlington transistor is a special configuration of two bipolar junction transistors (BJTs) connected together to act as a single high-gain transistor. This configuration is used to achieve a very high current gain, which makes it useful in applications requiring amplification of small currents into much larger ones.
