This is a 70 x 70 x 15 mm smart cooling fan. It has a four-wire input. The purpose of four-wire is possible revolution measuring with low fan speeds and precision control of revolution in all speed ranges providing a PWM signal to the fan according to the cooling requirement.

Signal GND is ground and 12V is the voltage supply for the fan.
