This is a DIY Portable 12 V Battery Energy Storage Spot Welding PCB Circuit Boar. This Circuit contains an Electronic Welding Module that is the main thing in this whole product. Spot welding is welded by the principle of rapid local heating and cooling by high current. This Product is much portable and durable that it can easily carry anywhere.

The circuit board of this spot welder can be used for welding 18650/26650/32650 lithium batteries. It is easy to weld the common 0.1mm~0.15mm nickel-plated sheet

    Spot Welder can easily make a sound battery welds for 0.15mm & 0.20mm Nickel strips.

    Comes with pre-soldered welding pens and capacitor. Did not have to modify anything before use. Just a Orange 3s 11.1 5200mAh with 40C/80C Lipo with XT60 connector straight out of the box did the job.

    No documentation is available:
    Found by observation:
    Level 1: Red
    Level 2: Green
    Level 3: Light Blue
    Level 4: White
    Level 5: Yellow
    Level 6: Pink/Purple
    Level 7: Darker Blue

    You need a firm hand and prior experience, else it blows holes on nickel strips no matter the thickness of the nickel strips.

    If you have a weak battery whose delivery voltage drops below the threshold voltage while delivering the welds high current pulse, it is not able to switch-off the MOSFETs, which may destroy the MOSFETs if current flows for more than few milliseconds.
    So either use independent external battery to power the MOSFETs and Lipo for welds or a good sound Lipo for both.
